2. Description of Service
Snuglie is an AI-powered room design studio. It allows you to generate and visualize room redesigns using photos of your own space, curated catalog references, text prompts, and selected styles. Snuglie is intended for personal inspiration and design exploration — it is not a substitute for a professional interior designer, architect, or contractor.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Provide accurate information when using the Service.
- Use Snuglie lawfully and respect the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
- Not upload content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, probe for vulnerabilities, disrupt, or abuse the Service.
- Only upload photos of spaces you have permission to photograph, and only include people with their explicit consent.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the photos, prompts, and references you upload. By using the Service, you grant Snuglie a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide designs to you and to operate and improve the Service.
The Snuglie application, brand, underlying technology, and catalog reference library are the property of Snuglie and its licensors. Generated designs are intended for your personal, non-commercial use as part of your design and decision-making process.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of Snuglie is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, process, and protect your information. By using the Service you consent to the data practices described there.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI-generated designs are illustrative and may not exactly reflect how a finished room will look in reality. Snuglie does not warrant that designs will be accurate, error-free, or uninterrupted. You should always consult a licensed professional before undertaking a renovation or major purchase based on a design.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snuglie and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for any renovation, purchase, or design decision you choose to act on. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to Snuglie in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
8. Design and Purchase Disclaimer
Snuglie is a visualization tool only. It does not provide professional interior design, architectural, structural, electrical, or contractor advice. Before undertaking any renovation, purchasing furniture based on a preview, or acting on a generated design, you should consult appropriately licensed professionals. Snuglie does not account for structural constraints, building codes, exact material availability, or other individual factors.
9. AI Services and Third-Party Technologies
Snuglie uses AI models and image-processing services provided by third parties, including but not limited to large generative AI platforms. Content you submit may be processed by those providers strictly for the purpose of generating your design. Third-party providers may change their models and policies from time to time, which may affect the Service.
10. Prohibited Uses and Content Restrictions
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.
- Upload malware, harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Upload images of minors, non-consenting individuals, or content depicting child exploitation.
- Generate content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hate against protected groups.
- Use the Service to impersonate another person or entity.
11. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Designs are computer-generated simulations, not professional advice. Outputs can contain errors, distortions, or inaccuracies, and may look different from a real built-out room. Use Snuglie as a starting point for conversations with your designer, contractor, or retailer — not as a final construction or purchase document.
12. Content Moderation and Enforcement
We use automated systems and, where needed, human review to enforce these Terms. Content that violates them may be removed, and repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination. If you believe enforcement was applied in error, you can contact us at support@snuglie.ai.
13. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for other users. You may stop using Snuglie at any time and request account deletion through the app or by contacting support.
14. Age Restrictions
Snuglie is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 should only use the Service with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be signaled in the app or on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Snuglie is principally operated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to resolve disputes individually, and not as part of a class action, to the extent permitted by law.
