This Privacy Policy explains how Snuglie collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile app and related services (together, the “Service”). We designed Snuglie so you can reimagine real rooms with AI without giving up control of your photos.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Room photos and uploads. Photos of your space, reference images, and furniture uploads you provide in order to generate designs.
- Prompts and inputs. Text prompts, style selections, room and vibe choices, and edits you make.
- Account information. Email address, authentication identifiers, and subscription status where applicable.
- Device and usage data. Device type, operating system, app version, crash diagnostics, and anonymized product analytics.
- Settings. Preferences you configure in the app (notifications, saved styles, privacy options).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Generate room designs you explicitly request.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- Send service communications (important account, billing, or product updates).
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
3. AI Processing and Third-Party Services
Snuglie uses third-party AI providers to generate designs. When you create a design, your image and prompt may be transmitted to those providers strictly for the purpose of producing your result. We work with providers that contract to limit their use of your content to providing the processing service.
We do not authorize third-party AI providers to train their foundation models on identifiable content you submit through Snuglie. Provider policies can change, and we update this policy if the scope of processing materially changes.
4. Image Processing, Storage, and Deletion
Photos you upload are encrypted in transit. By default, uploaded photos and generated designs are automatically deleted after 30 days unless you save them to your Snuglie library. You can delete any photo or design from the app at any time. Deleting the app and clearing your account permanently removes associated photos from our systems within a reasonable period.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:
- Service providers. AI and infrastructure partners (hosting, storage, analytics) that are contractually bound to handle data on our behalf.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Snuglie, our users, or the public.
- With your consent. When you explicitly ask us to share content — for example, exporting a design to another app.
- Business transfers. As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with continued protection of your information.
6. Data Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, and regular review of our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect what you entrust to us.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing.
- Request a portable copy of your data.
- Ask questions about how AI processing affects you.

8. Cookies and Analytics
On our website, we use a minimal set of cookies and analytics to understand broad usage patterns and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. The mobile app relies on device-level preferences, which you can adjust through your operating system.
9. Children’s Privacy
Snuglie is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or process photos of minors without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International Users
Snuglie operates with infrastructure and AI partners that may be located in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection rules than your own. We apply consistent protections regardless of where processing takes place.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, or third-party changes. Material changes will be signaled in the app or on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
